Privacy
What this site collects when you visit, why, and how to opt out.
Who is responsible
4P2M SAS, trading as Vauban, 54 rue Lamartine, 75009 Paris, France (see the legal notice). For any question: hugo@vauban-it.fr.
What we collect
- Page traffic, with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: page views and load times, counted without cookies and without identifying you.
- How you use the site, with PostHog (data hosted in the European Union): pages read, clicks, and a recording of the visit, including what you type into the simulators. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in your browser.
- The company the visit comes from, with Leadfeeder: the IP address is matched against a company database. We see a company name, never a person's name. Leadfeeder sets a cookie (
_lfa). - Your meeting booking, with Calendly: the name, email address and answers you enter in the calendar. Calendly sets its own cookies.
- Your messages: what you send us by email.
The simulators run in your browser: their results are not sent to us, apart from the visit recording described above.
Why
To know which pages are read and which to improve, to know which companies are interested in our plans and get back to them, and to organize the meetings you book with us. This data is never sold or rented.
How long
Audience measurement data is kept for 13 months at most. Exchanges with a prospect are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Who can access it
Vauban's founders, and the providers that process it for us: Vercel (site hosting), PostHog, Leadfeeder (Dealfront), Calendly and Google Workspace (our email). Some are based in the United States; these transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the Data Privacy Framework.
